By accessing or using the AppFactorys ecosystem and its microservices (such as SEO Compass), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
AppFactorys offers tiered subscription plans (Free, Plus, Premium, Ultra). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click through the Account Hub (managed via Stripe). Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. We impose no restrictions or penalties for cancellation.
You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else to do so. Our services, including automated auditing and scanning tools, must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We are constantly innovating to provide the best possible experience. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
